When my elderly mother-in-law needed to move into a rest home, dealing with her house was problematic. She lived in Roxburgh, Central Otago and we live in Waikanae on the Kapiti Coast.I contacted Andrew from Estate of Grace, who was very professional and helpful all the way. He took the time to travel to Roxburgh from his base in Dunedin to give us an idea of how we should proceed and gave us a quote for removing everything. We particularly liked Estate of Grace’s ethos of distributing goods to appropriate places – (e.g.. the sheets and blankets to refugee families and the towels to the SPCA). For us to have done this would have meant being away from home and work for at least a month! Andrew touched base with us regularly as we worked through the process of sorting everything out.I highly recommend Estate of Grace – they provide a wonderful service and especially for those trying to manage a house sale/clearance from a distance - real peace of mind.
